Application Instructions

"PCR ReNew" PCR coating is like no other one in the market. It does not just put a coating on the PCR but it rejuvenates the elastomers of the PCR. It penetrates the elastomers and replaces the lubricants that have evaporated, primarily, due to the heat generated from the fuser. It softens the PCR, prevents cracking, fading, chattering and abrasion that wears the drums prematurely, due to a hardened PCR. It prevents toner build-up and the anti-static agent prevents winter related problems. Requires NO EQUIPMENT.

For best results, please follow the instructions below.

1. Clean the PCR. Put 3 to 4 drops of the "PCR ReNew" on a clean, lint free cotton cloth and wipe down the PCR until the PCR is clean and nothing is coming off on the cloth.

   Fast & Easy Tip: Make a round groove on your working table, large enough, to fit in just a little bit of the PCR's shaft. Hold the other end of the shaft and rotate as you wipe down the PCR.

2. Place 2 or 3 drops on lint free cotton cloth and wipe down the PCR again, until the whole surface of the PCR is coated and it feels dry.
3. Use a dry clean cloth to wipe off any excess coating and to seal in the coating.
4. For best results, use the PCR the next day.

Repeat the above steps at every cycle of the cartridge and the PCR will last you many, many cycles. You may never have to buy an after market PCR.

Notice: If your first 2 to 5 copies of your test printing are not perfect, do not worry; the following prints will be perfect.
