"ATCI Wiper-Blade Lube" is a PTFE base coating with high lubricity, thermal and chemical stability, non-flammability, and anti-stick properties. The coating stays where it is applied rather than spreading into surrounding areas. It will NOT affect the toner or cause any problems with the PCR. Properly applied, "ATCI Wiper-Blade Lube" coating is not affected by water or other materials with which it comes in contact. Improves blade edge performance with lower frictional forces and enhanced abrasion resistance completely eliminating the need for OPC powder.

"ATCI Wiper-Blade Lube" is available in two ways, concentrate that can be shipped by Air domestically and overseas, and diluted with isopropyl alcohol that can only be shipped by ground.

Application Methods

"ATCI Wiper-Blade Lube" can be applied in any of several methods, including dipping, wiping, or brushing onto a prepared surface. All surfaces should be clean (99% isopropyl alcohol) and dry before "ATCI Wiper-Blade Lube" dispersion is applied.

Dipping is the fastest and preferred method to apply the coating.

"ATCI Wiper-Blade Lube" is ready to be used if ordered as our "Domestic Use" product. If the product has been exported outside of the United States it will be in concentrate form and must be mixed 1 part "ATCI Wiper-Blade Lube" to 3 parts Isopropyl Alcohol before using.
